Khmer Temple

On Christmas day me and my sis went to a Khmer temple with her husbands family.. After the temple we went to eat at my uncle's house and then went to see a movie.. I had a good time and it was really relaxing..

Sorry I haven't put up any pictures yet but I've been so tired and busy.. Yesterday we decided to close because the road was really bad... but somehow we opened the shop. It was crazy busy.. Today was busy too.. I guess people got money on Christmas and tried to spend it...

A basket of joy

These are the 2 baskets that I've been decorating. Must say I'm pretty impressed myself.. It was really easy.. I used 2 empty baskets and decorated it with garlands and a bow.. Then I filled it with cookies/candies that I bought from a grocery store.. I don't like the baskets they are selling that already are done.. They are over priced and not even pretty.. However the basket to the left is for my uncle.. And the other one is for a very dear family =)

Have to work today and attend on 2 parties.. One Christmas party and one Birthday party.. I couldn't chose one over another because they both mean the same to me.. So I decided to go on the Christmas party first and then the birthday party.. Today is gonna be a long day..

it's been a while since I actually logged in to my blog.. For me these past couple of weeks have made me lazy and exhausted.. must have been the weather.. Christmas is coming soon.. I just have a couple of more stuff to buy.. buhuuu ='(

well well.. Been working hard.. This season is the worst season for the nail businesses.. But my shop is still doing good.. slower.. but still good..

I've changed my tires since they were in really bad shape.. That's the last thing I wanted to do.. those were super expensive.. I wanted to cry.. $175 for one tire.. are u kidding me? And they were the cheapest with that kind of tires in town....

I was making my wish list for Christmas but I never finished.. so here's shortly what I want...

Once upon a time....

Finally finally finally... Every since I was a kid I loooooved Disney princess movies... I've been waiting sooooo long for a heart-touching-disney-princess-movie.. I never thought they could top the old ones like beauty and the beast, Cinderella etc.. This one got 5 stars out of 5 from me.. It was a really great movie.. I love it love it! Disney really made their job this time..

But still they remade an old story.. so maybe that's why it's so good.. I wonder if they can make a new Dinsey princess movie with a new story.. But I really enjoyed the whole movie.. it was just right..

Happy Thanksgiving

Finally the partying is over.. My family from all different directions came over Wednesday night.. they partied the whole night until morning.. Idk if anybody went to sleep.. but I did.. They kept singing and drinking when I went to sleep at 2.30 am.. When I woke up I saw them still partying.. The party didn't stop yet the day after.. They kept partying until 3 am last night/morning.. which means the party was going on 2 days in a row..

Survive

Been working on something that I hope will lead me to great success.. I just have to put enough time and effort on it.. Haven't started yet.. Been reading and trying to learn the basics so I can get started..

One day...

I've been sick lately.. And I've been working really hard.. Moreover I forgot how important it is to smile.. Instead of smiling and laughing, I've been crying for myself.. it is hard to hold it in so it's better to just let it out.. I have to put myself back together and try to get over this depressing feeling which is trying to conquer me..

It sucks to feel sorry for yourself.. I hate doing that cause I feel so spoiled and selfish, which I'm not (or hope I'm not).. There are so many people who have it worse than me... I should be happy.. I am in a way.. But it feels like I've been missing out something important in my life..

I chose this pattern and so I will fulfill it.. One day I'll be happy, happier than anyone on this earth.. it's just that the steps to happiness is long and have a lot of barriers on it's way.. I have to find a way to break down the barriers and move on to the next step..

Trick or Treat?

Went to sleep 8 pm last night.. Didn't feel good at all.. Had to go to the bathroom and throw up while I was doing a customer.. Don't know if I've been over workinng myself.. cause I've been working regardless my sickness.. At 7.20 pm I had enough.. I couldn't stay in the shop another minute.. So I packed my stuff and went home..

It was the worst 30 minutes drive ever!! I was driving and throwing up at the same time.. not so fancy.. but I had to keep going on cause there were nowhere I could pull over..

well well I feel better after a good night of sleep.. back to work again..

Hey there! The reason why I haven't been blogging in a while is because I haven't been feeling well.. I've been somewhat sick.. No energy to nothing.. going to work and straight home to bed.. I've been trying my best to work.. yesterday I went home early after my latest appointment at 5 pm.. I tried to hold on as much I could but I really didn't feel good..

Been sleeping, eating + drinking orange juice.. sleeping again.. eat + drink.. The gym must been missing me..

My sis went to visit last weekend.. it was a lot of fun.. We went to a Halloween party, Monsterball. Pics will come up when I'm feeling better.

Just found my outfit for Halloween.. it cost me nothing and I got 2 alternatives.. I'm gonna be a Greek goddess/princess - whatever it is.. I tried so hard finding a white dress yesterday so I gave up and went to my aunt's closet.. she has the BIGGEST closet I know.. Cause I don't like the outfits they sell at Halloween stores.. to expensive but looking cheap.. I wanted something u can wear again..

well she always told me to go to her closet and take whatever I want.. I haven't done that since I moved over there.. But this morning I went down to look for a white dress.. she had awesome dresses.. I found one beautiful long dress.. But then I found a white dress in my closet too.. so I don't know which one I'm gonna wear.. her dress look really delinquent and lovely.. mine is sexy and fun lol.. I also borrowed her VS jacket.. it's beautiful.. didn't know she had such stuff..

Anyways, my sis is coming this week =D and Monster Ball Saturday.. gonna be super fun!

Sunday after work I went to Wasabi to spend some time with my cousins.. to bad I couldn't hang out with them longer =( but it was great seeing them even though the little time we spent together =)

Vanvisa's b-day

Last wednesday Vanvisa had a b-day dinner at Level 12 in downtown.. It was great seeing everybody and I hope Vanvisa had a great time.

Art is my passion

I've mastered my design skills with acrylic paint.. Now it's time to master my 3D design skills.. I've only been doing this for about 3 days.. but my skills are increasing really fast.. I get so happy everytime I've created something beautiful.. art is such a beautiful thing that makes me feel good inside..

Anything I do, it has to be perfect.. I have a lot of confidence in myself when it comes to creative stuff..

I'm striving to become better than anyone else.. that's my motivation..

I've always had that in mind since I was a little kiddo.. Anything anybody can do, I can do too.. but better.. I'm not satisfied with "great" it has to be "the best".. Confidence is good. Don't be afraid to be successful..

Today we planned to celebrate my cousin's b-day.. somehow I ended up here again.. No place is better than home.. I love just being at home and relax.. Today was crazy.. Trust me.. u don't wanna be in the traffic here in greensboro tonight.. it's the home coming.. people are crazy.. The clubs are charging u like crazy..

When I was stuck in the traffic.. a dude in a car next to me tried to holla at me and get my attention.. I didn't even look at him.. suddenly he went out from his car and tried to open up my car door.. in the middle of the street!!??!!? wtf! FAIL.. thank God I have the habit to always lock my car door..

Please everybody who's reading this.. everytime you're in your car.. lock the door.. People have been robbed or killed just because their car door was unlocked.. Be on the safe side..

I fell in love

This is really bad.. yesterday I was going to the Post Office to post some mails.. I happened to run into a shoe store (Aldo).. Looked around a little to see if I could find some nice boots.. Saw some really nice ones but the smallest they had was 37.. So it was a little big.. but worked fine with some pads.

Then I saw these brown ones (left picture). Super hot! $130.. The boots I was looking at were $150..

I tried to call my mom to see if I should buy both or not.. But I couldn't reach her.. So I decided to just go with the $130.. When he went to grab the shoes for me, I happened to see the black ones.. on SALE.. shiet... I tried them on.. they looked sexy.. The original prize was $130 but it went down to $89.98.. omg what a dilemma.. I wasn't gonna spend money... But I couldn't let go of the shoes.. so I brought them home too..

Remember when I wished for heavenly dreams? It was the total opposite..

My dream:

We were having a party in a cabin at the wood.. A lot of people were there, me and a girl had to stand at the front door to greet people.. We also had to neglect "dangerous" people..

There was this guy who we knew was gonna give us trouble.. he's a murder.. Very handsome and young looking.. When he came up to us I had to grab him (lord know how I was able to).. He was not tiny but I managed to make him unable to move.. a few seconds later the other girl took a sword and slashed him into pieces right in front of my eyes..

What a heavenly dream.....

Bombshell

I went to VS today and tried on some new fragrances.. I really fell in love with this one: Victoria's Secret Bombshell

It's been a very long time since I bought a perfume I really like.. When I buy fragrances, I don't really care how much it costs as long as I really love it.. My favorite one of all time must have been Dior Addict II .. But I don't have it no more.. miss it =( I was having a big collection of perfumes before I came to America.. But since moving here I gave away all of them and only kept my Tommy girl and Tommy Dreaming.. Somehow I really loved those fragrances..

The scent of this Bombshell is so irresistible.. A scent of :

Long day

Today I just wanted to cry at work.. I've been booked with appointments all day.. It made me really stressed.. I had to squeeze in some appointments even though I was full booked.. I should never have done that cause it left me 30 minutes with each customer which made me speeding..

Today I met a customer who came from Sweden.. it was really nice talking to her.. It felt really weird using the swedish language since I haven't really been using it lately..

I really want some nice boots for fall.. I already have black ones.. But I'm gonna treat myself with some really nice ones since I've been working too hard lately..
